My friend has decided on The Oaks Independent Apartments. It's very well-kept- including the grounds, they have lovely apartment homes and overall a very nice community. The staff member Ashley was very welcoming, her comments were very helpful and accommodating. Lunch and dinner are included. They have activities, and there's a meeting house where people come for their meals and activities. It's where the administrative staff is located as well. It's a very independent kind of place and it's beautiful. The homes are beautiful, the staff, and the building. It's a nice building, but I think it's kind of small.

We chose The Oaks Independent Apartments for my in-laws, but they haven't moved yet. It's a brand new unit, and it won't be ready till probably 1st of February. We've been there, the tour was great, and they ended up choosing it. They're great. It's beautiful and everything's well-maintained. We saw a duplex because theirs is not complete yet, and it was very nice and roomy.

The owners are friendly, courteous, caring, and show a genuine concern for my welfare. The staff is accessible and addresses my concerns quickly. The facility has been thoughtfully planned, was well constructed and is maintained on a regular basis. I am very glad I moved here. I am comfortable and feel safe & cared for.
