My sister has been a resident of Cypress Creek for the past 5 months. She has had a great experience here, the care is great, the food is good and the cleanliness is too. She is happy that she decided to move here. She doesn’t use the amenities or activities due to her condition but she hopes to at some point.

My mom was a resident of Cypress Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Overall, the entire staff was very personable. I like that they were very kind. The appearance was clean, and I was introduced without having to ask to be introduced to the different levels of staff (like the director of nursing, nurse practitioner, and wound care). I was given a verbal schedule of when the said doctors were there. The admissions person that I spoke with, her name is Page. She took her time with me. What I anticipated to be maybe a 15-30-minute tour was about an hour and 15 minutes, so she was extremely detailed. It was very clean and very roomy. It looks like a home, and it's really nice. The location is perfect. It is not hard to find and easy to get to.
