I know Autumn Winds Living & Rehabilitation has been there for at least 40 years, so it was kind of like a step back in time a little bit, but the staff seemed great. Everything seemed very clean. I didn't have any problems with that. The person who assisted me was very helpful as well. The dining area was restaurant-style. There was a singer there so there was an entertainer and a lot of the residents were enjoying the entertainment.

My mother-in-law is in Autumn Winds. Her room is clean, she doesn't participate in too much, but they have activities there. The care they provide is good. The staff is great. It was family owned before it was bought out. I liked the atmosphere, and I thought they're going to change things, but they haven't changed things, and that's good.

I have my mother at Autumn Winds, and we’re happy with it. It’s a nursing home with an adult day care center. They’re very helpful with my mother, she enjoys her time there, and I’ve been very satisfied.

My mom is now at Autumn Winds. We chose it because it is a very nice place and my mother-in-law lived there for 10 years before she passed away, so we have a lot of experience with them. One of the pluses is that the owners actually run it; they're onsite. It is not a big corporation, but it is fairly large. They have 100 residents. The rooms are nice. It is two people per room. My mom has sufficient room. It is not huge but also not tiny. She has enough room for several pieces furniture and a recliner. They provide a hospital-style bed for her. I think the staff is very good. They are very caring. They also have a nice big dining room, and the meals are pretty good.
