The Forum at Lincoln Heights is an excellent facility and they're well-staffed. My mother has been there four times, she likes the place, so it's her preferred place. It's very comfortable, very clean, and very professional. It's topnotch. They're still in lockdown, but they're good with what they're doing. They're making arrangements now where you can go in for a short visit if you've been tested for COVID, or if you have to go through a PPE training process. Otherwise, all you can do is bring stuff for your loved one or mail, and they will just come out and bring them to the patients. You can go into their cafeteria or something like that for a short period of time, say only for 30 minutes. They're excellent. As far as their staff handling the insurance, the staff that books people into their long-term care, everybody has been professional and things are smooth as silk. She likes the food.

I have placed my mother at The Forum. They have more services and their facilities are nicer than places I have previously looked. She’s in rehab. It’s very, very secure.

I had heard from asking around about the forum at lincoln heights and that it was a very nice and upscale retirement community that offers assisted living. When you first arrive at the forum at lincoln heights you immediately notice how well the grounds are kept and the elegant layout of the property. As you venture inside the buildings you will be even more impressed at how tidy everything is and how nice all the staff and management are. Everything from the outside of the buildings, to the paint jobs, to the kitchen, to the living quarters, etc was in impeccable condition. After speaking with the staff for several hours and continuing to have a look at the grounds, I could decide easily that this would be the place I would choose when that time came. If you are looking for a retirement community please do yourself a favor and check this one out, you will not be disappointed.

Cozy, comfortable, and elegant is what this place is. I Loved it! They have different levels of service available depending on needs. My mom is looking for a nice place to have her own apartment and be independent as long as she can, and the apartments they have are very nice.
I was also very surprised on the costs, it was actually a bit lower than I thought it would be. A very wonderful and caring community and staff.
