Pitiful place

Unless this is the last place taking residents, please go somewhere else. Upon visiting everything was presented as nice and happy patients, etc. Upon being admitted, staff were too lazy, uncommitted or whatever you can think of to help the residents. There was plenty of staff sitting around doing nothing. My relative fell and needed stitches but they refused to seek medical assistance. It took them 13 hours to get around to cleaning the wound needing stitches, and 3 hours to get a glass of water for the patient. Keep looking!
