Paris Oaks was very nice. I had a lot of my friends who had been there. It had kind of a family atmosphere and good food. I have not actually been in it when it was finished but they already had residents there when I went through it. I did visit by every time I was in town. The people I know who've been there think it’s wonderful. I went into one room and it was pleasant and smelled good. They had all sorts of activities and they have a lot of older people in there. They have people go in and sing to them. They have bingo every once and a while. I have a lot of friends whose mothers went there and they were very pleased with it. It’s a modern facility. It’s been there probably four or five years, but they’ve kept it up beautifully. They have a place outside where you can go out and sit. It’s just lovely and the staff was accommodating.

I feel that Paris Oaks is a good assisted living facility. It allows residents to feel safe in knowing help is available if they desire it, without feeling constantly bothered and still maintaining some sense of independence. The facility is updated and the apartment style houses are very nice. It gave me comfort that the hospital is only a couple of miles away from Paris Oaks. When I visited, the staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful. My grandmother enjoys staying here and we feel comfortable leaving her in their care. It is somewhat expensive, but more affordable than many other places in the area. The only thing that I do not love about this place is that it isnt in the best neighborhood but crime rate remains low. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs some care but is not yet ready to live in a nursing home.

My uncle is a resident of Paris Oaks House. I visit him throughout the year and I must say this facility is very nice. This facility is one of the cleanliest I have seen. All the staff are very friendly and the food is actually quite tasty. The dining room is very large and fancy,i.e. White table cloths, cloth napkins, exspensive looking cutlery, ect. Walking into the front doors almost feels like walking into and 5 star hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Some even look seem to be there own apartments. There are many activities for the residents to participate in and the gardens outside are beautiful! One great aspect of this home compared to others that I have visited, they allow pets!! No more leaving their fur-kids behind! They can enjoy the company of there fur-ever friends as if they were living in their own home. All in all, the several times I visited, not once did I have an unpleasant time.
