It is a very bad place! No one calls back do not answer calls. We visited two weeks ago thru window and we were upset at what we saw. They took an 11/2 hr to feed him a cold plate. Room looked dirty. Trying to move him out! Do not take your loved ones there.

Las Palmas is a great facility for rehabilitation and long term care. There staff and management team are always on check with everything and everyone. Couldn’t have choose a better place for my mom.

I was satisfied with my stay here...the staff were very friendly and took good care of me while my stay here in this facility......

My aunt was at Las Palmas Healthcare Center. It was small, and it looked clean, but it smelled. The rooms were very small even for private rooms, which my aunt had. The staff was pleasant. Their patients did crafts and coloring. They had pretty basic stuff.
