I was hoping to get into Pinnacle Senior Living. They were very good, very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. I was impressed by all the amenities and all the things they have for a person. It was the place where my sister and I thought we would do very well. It's a little more expensive. They interacted with the people there. It was a good experience. I was impressed with them all the way around. They had several levels. But the only vacancy they had was a single bedroom. It was nice, spacious, and good. Everything was there. It would have been just perfect for us. However, by the time we decided whether or not that would be suitable for us, they had rented that space. They have no vacancies at the moment. The whole facility is fairly new, so everything they have there is still impressive. They have a nice large dining room and a communal dining room. At the time, when we were there, it was getting close to lunchtime, so most of the residents were gathering in the common areas close to the dining room or getting ready to go in for the noon meal. They have a salon and an available dining room for residents who wanted to gather, like for a private affair like a birthday or something. It appeared to me like everything was covered, everything was taken care of, and the people seemed at ease and pleasant. The staff that I interacted with, from the administrator himself down to everyone, seemed quite happy. They seemed like they liked their job. They seemed to get along very well with the residents. They interacted with them when they met them in the halls. They didn't seem to be putting up a front for me. We reviewed the menu, and it seemed like restaurant kind of food. They had their own chef. The building itself has very wide hallways, and there was no problem with people walking past each other. Everything was clean and orderly.

Pinnacle Senior Living was an absolutely beautiful place. It was nice, very clean, and very pretty. I loved the pond in the back and you can even get a room overlooking it. Everyone was really friendly. The one-bedroom we saw was nice and the walk-in shower was beautiful. It's a nice size and the layout was pretty. They have a theater, a beautiful dining area, and a private dining room where you can dine with your family. I loved that little sitting area with a waterfall behind the glass. I also saw a lady putting a puzzle together.

I visited the facility looking for a place for my mother. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to all the residents. The facility was beautiful and felt just like home. My mother and I were very impressed and look forward to returning soon.

Pinnacle has given excellent care to my Mother. The staff are excellent and very caring. They provide top notch care. The facility is very clean and inviting.

We have found a place for my mom, Pinnacle Senior Living. We already paid for it. It is just the matter of me and my sister figuring out how to get my mom there. I like the management, the facility, and the location. Those were pretty much the things I like about it. It's really good. The staff are very clean, well dressed, professional, and friendly. They're friendly in there. I like the location and the big open nature area that is secure and beautiful in the back of the facility. They have a hair salon for getting your hair done, fingernails done, pedicures, and stuff like that. It is a real nice thing to have.

My father in law lives here and has been treated very kindly. From our first tour, everyone has had warm smiles and helpful personalities. Both my father in law and I are VERY happy with this facility.

My mom was a resident at The Pinnacle. The place is gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. You were allowed to decorate the room to make it feel like home. There were activities for those who were able to participate. Mom enjoyed the day staff during the week the best. Her favorite caregivers were the housekeeper and Shawn who you could tell enjoyed their job. Her favorite nurses were Brent, Misty and Cindy. When I had a problem, I went to Meagan who left instructions on Mom’s whiteboard for the care partners. My only suggestion would be to use the cameras periodically to do an evaluation of the follow through. Perhaps do periodic surveys like this one to get feedback. Thanks to Ricky for always setting my Mom’s clocks.

The people that work here are so friendly to our family. My mom has the best housekeeper. They have activities that the people request not just something on a calendar. They will also let you volunteer. Their van is always clean.

The facility and rooms are so pretty and well kept. My interactions with the staff have been mostly positive. Most are so kind and caring and truly concerned about the welfare of the residents. I do see a decline in that at night and on the weekends. Mom would love to have people come in to give programs on things of interest such as local history and culture. When she’s feeling well enough she loves trips to shop, gamble and go to restaurants. Love the gardens out back. Wish there was more fresh produce that could be used for meals for the residents. Mom would really like more fresh fruits and vegetable at meals. The outdoor areas are lovely. It would be nice if there were a cover with fans out back. The pond and ducks are a favorite.

My mom chose one of the smaller apartments and loves it. I toured many residents and by far the staff here was inviting and helpful. Any time I have a question or need assistance everyone tries to help. My mom talks about how the staff will just sit down and visit with her or when they pass by acknowledge her sitting there. I personally love the fact that they allow residents to be helpful and involved. No where I went to visit had so many residents that wanted to help and take part in the whole community. Covid has put some limits on activities but the staff is trying very hard to make each day entertaining. I loved the fact that they are doing themes with meals and activities. I appreciate all of you and thankful my mom calls Pinnacle home.

Pinnacle Senoir Living is the place to be. The rooms are spacious,clean and up to date. The staff is more like family. They do the little extra things lik.e bring the newspaper to your loved one There is always a game of dominoes to join in. The facility is always celebrating each holiday. The residents enjoy outings on occasion. I love that there is church services at the facility. Your loved one at get thetr done at the salon on site. They also have transportation available. The Pinnacle provides excellent cleaning service and laundry services. The dining service are good too. I joking tell my mom she is living her best life!!!

Staff is incredible!!! I feel like they treat my mom like family. Little extras like birthday celebrations, barbecues, and concerts provide lots of social interaction. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend Pinnacle Senior Living.

Pinnacle Senior Living was very nice. If my client's friends did not want her out of Nacogdoches, that would have definitely been my second choice for her. It is brand new (only two years old) and it is spacious. The rooms are big too. I only interacted with one employee. I think she was the marketing person and she was very nice. They had lots of pretty views of woods and lakes. There were interior spaces where people could move about, but was still secure. It was immaculate. It was very clean and very well kept. It was not a good location for my client because it was too far away from her doctors and her friends. However, I have a lot of people who are coming into guardianship. If I ever get someone in Lufkin, I would definitely take them there.

My mother-in-law has lived at the Pinnacle Senior Living Lufkin, TX for over 2 years. Everyone there is great. We are actually in the process of moving my mom in there right now. So that defiantly says a lot about the facility and staff. Since both moms' will be living there. It has been nice during the Pandemic and the crazy Texas weather not having to worry about my mother-in-law. Knowing they are taking great care of her and all the residents. Going above and beyond to make sure staff is on had to handle whatever might come up during challenging times.

Our beloved Aunt was a resident here for 21 months before her passing recently and I’ve got to say that this place is beyond AMAZING. She had her own, very nice, little apartment with everything that she needed. The facility was always kept immaculate and the staff and employees treated her like family! They worked very hard to keep the residents active and busy and did an outstanding job of protecting them during the most difficult times of a pandemic. I can’t think of a single incident where we were in need of something that they did not go out of their way to accommodate us. I can’t say enough good things about Kandes, Ricky, Kevin, Ruby, and Charlotte. They are all AWESOME!!!! I would encourage you to give Pinnacle a try if you are looking for an assisted living facility anywhere in our area.

I visited this facility for a loved one. It was the cleanest facility with the most caring and knowledgeable staff. If you in need of an assisted living for a family member or friend ... I highly recommend this one!

I recently toured Pinnacle Senior Living. Even with the current challenges, they were very accommodating to my request. It was very clean and sanitary. The layout is easy to cover for a senior. The ducks were so cute! We hope to see our parent living here soon.

My dad is so happy at Pinnacle! He didn’t want to move from his home, but now that he is there, he says there’s no place he’d rather be! It sure gives us peace to know that he is so well taken care of.

I like Pinnacle Senior Living. My mother has one room with a bath, and it has everything we need. We chose it because of the reasonable cost and the cleanliness of the facility. I'm pleased with their facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer plenty of activities, and they have a little calendar that displays all of them. The food was good.
