I was at Renaissance Park Multi Care Center. The therapy part of it was good. The rest of it was poor. If it weren't for the therapy, I wouldn't even rate it. The therapists were very good and the food was OK, but the nursing was poor. If you needed something, you had to wait a long time. There were a couple of staff members that were very good and there were some that were very bad. They had bingo and that was fun, but that's the only thing I did besides therapy. I would not recommend it at all for anyone. There wasn't anything about it that would make me want to go back there. My room was clean. They made a bad mistake, which put me in the hospital for five days and that was one particular nurse. The other nurses were doing the best they could. They were low-staffed, so most patients felt the same way I did. They would prefer not to be there, and they wanted out.

Renaissance is the best place in town. It's wonderful and it's my home away from home. The physical therapy and everything about it are good. We have a radio, a TV, and bingo. There are all kinds of stuff that goes on over there. The nursing and rehab are good. I ate like a horse there and the food was all good. The staff was fantastic.

We came here after 4 months at another facility. My husband was still getting out of bed with a Hoyer Lift when we arrived. 6 months later he was released home walking with a walker. We have been so impressed by the therapy department that we are continuing outpatient therapy here.
As for nursing and aides, the majority have been wonderful. I credit one Aide especially for encouraging my husband to be more independent. When there was a problem, corrective action was taken by supervisors. Considering our previous placement gave up, we are especially grateful forRenaissance Park and their staff. We've also been impressed by thenumber and variety of activities and entertainment for residents.

My Grandmother was a resident at Renaissance park. She received very poor care in their facility. She was blind, food was placed in front of her but they refused to assist her in eating. Bandages were supposed to be changed daily instead dates were marked out and changed. I would not recommend ritas on spark to anyone

The family of D. Gafford would like to thanks the Renaissance Park Family at Fort Worth for the tender loving care they showed our mom while living at their facility. We could never have found her a better home away from home! Each employee gives so much of themselves and more to make each resident feel special and loved. If you find yourself or a loved one, needing rehabilitation or long term care, we suggest you take the time to tour their multicare facility. You will be you did!! Dr. Q. Le and associates along with all the nursing staff provide wonderful healthcare. They also have outstanding rehabilitation department along with awesome food service as well as super fun activities programs and outside trips. Thanks again Renaissance Park from the bottom of our hearts for all the TLC given to our mom. You will always be part of our family and prayers.
Love,
Mark and Rhetta Clemons
She will be forever loved and missed.
