I was only able to tour the assisted living at Sage Spring Senior Living. They didn't have the memory care unit opened up for tours because they had some COVID patients. The place was very clean and open. One of the things I did like was that it was positioned back in a neighborhood, so it's not off of a busy road. The courtyards were really, really nice. I didn't get to experience any of the food, but the menu looked good. Everybody was really friendly. I liked the fact that the memory care and the assisted living were connected by halls; that was nice. The facility was fairly new. They had a salon and a rehab room. It was like restaurant-style dining there. They had all kinds of activities. They provided me with a sheet for activities for the week. They have church services on Sundays. They have movie rooms and open wet bars, where they can get stuff to drink.

Sage Spring Senior Living was very clean, bright, and open. Everybody was very friendly as we toured. I only have positive things to say. They offered drinks during the tour. They have a director of activities that's there during the day, every day, and they have games which vary depending on what the residents are interested in. They have a courtyard outside where they have plants, which my mother is interested in. They have music, live musical instruments, and they take them out if they want to go like swimming, and things that the residents are able to do.

My parents moved into Sage Spring Senior Living last week. It's new, friendly, and very, very nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. They love the food. Everything's been great. There's a salon; they thought it was a little bit expensive, so I don't know if they're going to use it. The laundry service has been convenient, so they're happy with that. My mom wasn't too excited in doing any activities, but they're engaging her, and I'm thankful for that. The rooms are very nice. They have a one-bedroom with a bonus room, which is like a little addition to the living room. That gives my stepdad a little extra space for his tinkering, so that's really nice. I think they've done an excellent job.

Sage Spring Assisted Living and Memory Care was under construction when we visited. But it's a large 1-storey community which is important in any kind of senior living. My mother is getting a 1-bedroom with an extra room for her sewing and crafts, and has a nice living room area. Her room opens up to a courtyard with flowers and everything. They've offered us the opportunity to go to one of their other locations to try the food. The construction isn't even done, but I really like the layout and I think it's a very pretty place.
