My visit was enjoyable. This was a quiet and pleasant facility. It appeared and smelled clean and neat. The staff was friendly and the patients were out and about, which is something you don't see everywhere. The activities person is awesome and the residents seem to really love the way she interacts with them.
The person I was visiting is happy there.

My grandmother is in The Springs. My cousin has been working there for 22 years, and it's wonderful because her family will go there if she has issues. They're working with my family financially. The food is really good. It's nice and peaceful. They all call her Aunt Shirley, and if something happens, instead of them just holding her down and drugging her, they will call my cousin and ask her. They're amazing. They've all known my family for years, so it's like we're all big one family. We got some food the first night I took her even though it was late. She has gained weight being there. They have good cooks. I love it.
