I promised the facility director and everyone that I would update you all on my Moms progress from me getting her out of this place. She ended up dying when we got her out of there, about 6 weeks later. She spent almost her entire time there in agony because she couldnt get her pain medication from where the fistulas (holes) were erupting everywhere inside her abdomen. There was no Dr, and I talked to DOug, Mr director so many times. I am going to come back when I have time and write verbatim everything that my Mom wrote down during her stay there. I hate them with all my soul and I hope that they close this worthless facility. I saw so many people crying for pain meds passing their rooms while going there to pick up my moms things.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Mom went here to help rehab after breaking a bone in a fall. Mom is 100 lbs wringing wet, and was put on anti-psychotic medications and benzodiazipines because of her dementia (her docs later asked 'what did they give her THOSE for?') as if she was a threat to somebody. She was not put on fall precautions and her meds were not reviewed, even after she fell at the facility multiple times. Additionally, they had a single person to cover 2 floors at night, and we have no idea how long she was laying on a hard floor after falling.
