Living Springs Village offers elders the finest residential style of assisted living in a uniquely designed home limited to 16 residents. In contrast to larger, skilled nursing homes and institutional-style facilities, we provide increased staffing and a higher standard of care to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
We promote an environment of participation as we welcome families to share with us in caring for their loved ones. Our goals are to promote meaningful relationships and to fight loneliness for these very important and valuable individuals.

Our scenario for Mom to live at Living Springs Village was a little different, as post Covid19 left her Parkinson’s neurological/cognitive impaired. We are so thankful we found them! Living Springs has the BEST staff, all around; professional and caring, and mainly they are all just very “steady”. Transitioning with a parent that is having cognitive decline, regardless of the diagnosis, is such a huge change for a family. The Management makes sure they know your every concern and needs for your loved one, and they stay on top of all the medications, doctor reports, possible personality changes, and general well-being for your parent. And they are so, so, so, easy to work with. Because the home has only 16 rooms, it really is like “family” in every sense of the word. The real stars of Living Springs Village are the caretakers. Friendly and reliable, and if we need anything special, like some help with a knee brace, or maybe a diet change – it’s simply no-big-deal, which has been such a relief. Mom likes the way her in-room bathroom is easy to manage, and she can control the temperature of her room, which is a huge plus. Living Springs Village has been one of the best things about living in Waco for me and my mom!

I've already chosen Living Springs Village for my mom, and it's excellent. The staff are excellent, they have done a good job of calling or texting if there is anything that we need to know. I don't think we can say anything about the food, because she is in their memory care facility, but she has no complaints. Her room is clean, and she's comfortable, so there are no issues. One of the things they like to do is play dominoes, but I don't know if they really remember how to play them. They certainly have daily activities where they are trying to get them to interact with one another and do something outside or just sit there. The staff knows my mother, they know me, they know my dad, and my wife, any of us that come in. They are very accommodating, and at this point I'm not seeing a lot of turnover, it's the same staff members, and that's really a positive in my mind. The director there, her name is Martina, she does a really good job of not just caring for the residents, but for the staff as well. She understands the stresses that they are dealing with for those in the memory care, so everything is good there. Everything is clean and safe. I haven't eaten there but my mother has been eating well.
