My father is at Forum Parkway Health & Rehabilitation. I don't like this place. They need probably more staff. The staff did not seem to be as attentive, and they were not as motivated to work with my father as much to get him back up from a PT standpoint to doing what he was before in my opinion. The food was OK. It wasn't great, but it was OK. It's pretty consistently the same type of stuff for three to four days. I would give the facilities a 3 because there were times when the rooms needed to be cleaned a little bit better. They just didn't seem to be very organized. It's located close to where my mother was staying so she could go back and forth easily because she was the one that was there. It is near the hospital he was at before going there.

My grandpa was at Forum Parkway. It was really nice. They have game nights, they have speakers that come in and talk with them, they have little meetings to go over plans, and they have different activities to get out of the room to meet up with each other. He said the food was great; however, it was an older place. They had studio rooms. He had a roommate. There were two to each room and he didn't like that. He liked the staff members. It wasn't too expensive, but not too low either.
