Description

About This Community

Franklin Park Round Rock is located in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, and one of the best-managed cities in the great state of Texas. This location was selected for its proximity to lifestyle-enhancing services such as Scott and White Round Rock, Seton Williamson, Cornerstone Rehab, Bel Air at Teravista Rehab, Healthsouth, St. David’s Georgetown, HEB, Round Rock Outlet Mall, IKEA, multiple small shopping centers, and restaurants.

Spacious common areas have been thoughtfully designed to promote interaction and engagement, where the compassionate staff will be on hand to provide quality services with dignity and respect. Throughout the community, you will find social nooks for visiting with family and friends, a full-service salon, theater, fitness center and much more. Around every corner, residents and their families will find dedication in every detail and every service.

We offer mild memory care apartments, also known as the “bridge”. Unique to Franklin Park, the bridge apartments offer mild memory care for residents who benefit from person-centered care from licensed staff skilled in the treatment of dementia-related diseases. Mild memory residents are physically able to do many tasks and activities independently but may need some redirection and reminders. “Wander-guard” bracelets are available for loved ones who may be at-risk for exit-seeking and the bracelet will trigger an alarm if they exit the building. Floor plans and features are similar to assisted living apartments and include a designated outdoor courtyard, dining room, living space and pantry.

EAT WELL, LIVE WELL

Eating well goes hand in hand with physical fitness, and our chefs make it their mission to serve a variety of healthy options to please the palate and nourish the body.

We believe eating right can be as delicious as it is nutritious. Our meals are created to help our residents meet their dietary fitness and nutrition goals, with special consideration for health concerns such as diabetes, gluten sensitivity, weight management, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Nancy
I chose Franklin Park Round Rock for my mom because of the services and the staff. There have been some issues getting her medication set up. As of today, the food and the staff are amazing. The only issue has been trying to get her medication straight. The staff members are very accommodating. They have activities like devotions, bingo, a happy hour (that she attends), and also entertainment. She's in a big 1-bedroom apartment, and the dining room is very nice. They have a courtyard. They have an exercise room. They have arts and crafts, and they have a salon.

Franklin Park Round Rock was a nice facility for sure. I didn't think it was as good a value for the money. It was a newer facility and was more luxurious. It was a very clean and well-kept place. That was the most striking feature, I would say. The staff members seemed pretty knowledgeable. They had been there working there for a couple of years, as I recall. The rooms were clean and nice. All the public areas were very nice. They had an outdoor courtyard with barbecue grills, an exercise room, and a library.

Franklin Park Round Rock was very scenic and very beautiful, but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues. They had very long hallways. Their community room, that kind of thing, everything was very beautiful. The facility was very nice. I just walked past the lunchroom and it smelled very good, but I did not eat anything. I didn't meet anybody. For some people, it would probably work out very well. One of my biggest issues was the hallways and the room size. Other than that, it was a very nice place. They allow pets. They were overall pretty responsive.

As a fairly new resident of the assisted living atea of Franklin Park, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful a place it is. The apartments are spacious & well designed. All of the staff are eager to help you and always cheerful. I love it here.

My father moved into Franklin Park Round Rock 2 months ago. It's a beautiful place, the people there are very nice, but they are very understaffed, and the little buttons that you push don't work very well in as far as being reset, and timely responses to call lines. We're talking like an hour before they respond, so it's a beautiful place, and if you don't need a lot of assistance it's wonderful. They have arts and crafts, music, outings, and church. Their food is really good, and almost all of their meals are good.

My mother is moving into Franklin Park Round Rock. It's very nice, and we loved everything about it. They've got lovely surroundings. The staff was very informative and we got generally a very good impression about how caring and friendly everyone was. The food was very good and the entire facility was just beautiful. They had a jewelry making class when I was there.

Franklin Park was close to where I live. They're very nice, beautiful, and brand new. They were very friendly and very welcoming. They had little memory areas, a spa room, and calming room. Each one had an apartment with a full kitchenette. There weren't a lot of residents, but they were mobile and walking around. However, there were no signs, so when you're walking around, it's confusing.
