I love Affinity at Round Rock. The people here are so nice. I am really enjoying living here. It's a very nice and clean facility. They respond to any request that I have. The residents are the ones that decide what activities they want for the month. They have a Bible study and all kinds of different activities.

I visited Affinity at Round Clock. It was a very nice property. If I had to pick a place for my parents to live, that would be at the top of my list. They showed me several apartments. They were pretty clean and spacious. They had an exercise area, a heated pool, a lot of craft areas, and areas where you can play games. They have a bar, a movie theater, and an internet café, too. It was a pretty cool place. For activities, they have arts and crafts. They have options for the residents to go shopping to a nearby outlet and they have games.

I went for an interview with Affinity at Round Rock. I had a tour in person and I liked it a lot. It is an adjustment to move down from the square footage of 1800 to 800. Except for that, I was impressed with all of their amenities. There were several amenities that wouldn't be important to us, but the things I liked were the game room where they have the pool table and shuffleboard, the bar area, the heated pool, and the dog area. The people were very awesome. That would be right now our top choice having only looked at one place.

We chose Affinity at Round Rock for my mother-in-law. It was close to her daughter and closer to us. They don't have the meals served, but she's very excited about having her own kitchen, and she's able to cook for herself. She's moving at the end of January. The staff was very friendly and very informative. The room was perfect, it was really nice, it felt like an apartment, and I would move in there myself. The place was contemporary, modern, clean, and the ground was well manicured. It is very close to some lake, it is very close to Ikea, the Round Rock malls, and fancy restaurants.

I had seen Affinity at Round Rock last year and actually had put some money down on it, but my circumstances were that I had to pull it. I was very impressed and pleased with them. I did an in-person visit, and I even had picked out a room. I was impressed with everything. I had two visits with two different people and they were marvelous. The room was everything I wanted. The building at the time wasn't quite a year old. The activities were great. It was independent living, so there were a lot of people like me, and they had a really nice outside. They had an area for sitting out or if you had company. They had a garden area where you could have a little patch of land and plant your flowers. The parking was good, and they had a variety depending on how much you wanted to spend. They had a happy hour. The price was right at the time. If I could do it again at that price, I probably would.
