The staff at Tuscany at Goldmark helped me fill out all the application processes and then showed me around. Everything was neat and swept clean. The maintenance man was hard at work with different projects. There was a pool and it was sparkling clean. The workout area was larger than my last senior living place. There was a treadmill with an exercise bike. There was a large dining room, a coffee bar, and then a large hall, like an auditorium, that they use for multipurpose, and a beautiful entry area. It's ornate. They have a social director who does the activities for them. One of the food pantries comes once a week and they also have a shuttle bus that has a lift for wheelchairs and walkers and would take them to go shopping once a week. It is an open breezeway to go down the concourse or to walk in the apartments. There are little elevators at the top of each hallway. There are automatic doors, visitor parking, and curb cuts so you can walk in easily.

I was able to visit Tuscany at Goldmark, and it is obviously a senior living facility. It is fairly nice. They don't offer a bunch of bells and whistles, but I am not looking for bells and whistles. The overall facility was in good shape. They have amenities that fit my desires. The layout of the apartment was what I was looking for. The staff were extremely helpful, they explained everything as we took the tour, and they answered questions that I asked them. The way it is laid out is very convenient; it is conducive to community interaction. It was clean, no doubt about that. It is convenient to 75 and there are restaurants close by. There is a whole lot of things that might be convenient.
