Very difficult to get help for residents
Dirty room
Always excuses why things are not done
Most of the staff just stare at you when you
need help for a family member
They act like they don't understand English
Do not consider this place

I recuperated in the Village for one month. It’s an older facility but very nice. They do a very good job. I happened to have a very large room to recuperate and do exercise in. There were activities for the residents on the other side. It might be good for recuperation, but if you look for the Village as a place of residence for older people, forget it.
