I recently visited a friend who is a resident at this facility...I noticed the good changes ...Clean environment..No bad smelling along the hall...Courteous staff....Nice quiet and very pleasant feeling I got all the time I spent there visiting.... My friend is happy there ....

I am a resident at Mckinney Health are and Rehab and it’s been a good stay. I would love to go home but I need help and this is the best place to be to give me the help I need. Holly has helped me so much.

My mom is staying at McKinney Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. The staff is excellent. The only negative is the food. The facility location is very easy to get to, and it's in a quiet area. It's in a good location, and the rooms are very nice. The dining area is adequate, not exceptional. What's exceptional are the nursing and physical therapy care. My mom is staying there.

McKinney Healthcare and Rehab is an excellent facility. My son has been in other facilities over the last several years. He has very extensive and complicated issues. When he went into this facility he received everyone's full attention. Issues were solved quickly and with input from all the players. This has been the most positive experience my son has had. The good care and attitude starts with the administrator and goes right down the line. Some amazingly caring people. It is a tough job!!! I definitely recommend this facility.

I visted McKinney regarding my placement for my mother. Their facility was clean. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The rehab department was out of this world. I choose this facility because of the people and what they represent. If you are considering a place for your loveone, you will not go wrong with choosing McKinney Healthcare.

My mother is a resident. This is my first experience with a nursing home situation so I might be expecting to much for my significant amount of money I pay them. They seem to be incapable of handling my mother's incontinence care. I have found her half clothed in a bed saturated with urine at 5:00 in the evening. My mother had an appointment with a physician and was transported by the handicap van. I met her at the appointment and discovered that she was wearing clothes that were saturated with her urine from her knees to her waist front and back. She has had four urinary tract infections in the four months she has lived there. I will be seeking better a better facility.

This is where my mom is staying. She has made many new friends and the nurses are very caring. When we needed something fixed or mom had specific requests they were dealt with in a timely manner.

We chose Mckinney Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center for my father because it was recommended by the hospital, since it was close to them. The facility was also near their apartment so my mother visited him everyday. He was in the rehabilitation center for about three months but when he went home, it was too much for my mother. So then, we decided to put him in the nursing home. They took him to therapy everyday and put him on exercise machines. He received very good care and whatever he needed, they were always there. When my mother stayed there on her visits, they made her feel welcome and also offered her food when they fed my father. The nurses were good to both of them. I would suggest that they communicated whatever the doctor found.
