The tour at Brookdale Westover Hills was good. The only thing is we barely saw any residents out and about, and maybe that was a fluke, but my mom and I didn't like that. We wanted to see more people interacting in the social areas, and we didn't. Maybe we came at a bad time. My mom's very loving and she's very friendly, and she wants people to be around and up and about, and that place was like everybody was in their rooms. The staff who gave the tour was great. The room or apartment was like a mid-level hotel. The upkeep looks fine. The dining area was much smaller than the other place we toured, but it was a smaller facility. It looked like it had cafeteria-style dining. They weren't utilizing their dining room because of COVID, but they were reopening the dining room this week.

I toured Brookdale Westover Hills for my friend, and it was very eye opening, because I didn't know anything about that. The place was clean, and the apartment was nice, so I have really good comments about it. The person who assisted us was very friendly and very nice. She told me everything that I needed to do and what the process was. I've seen the dining area, and it looks very good. There were no activities when I was there -- everybody was in their room -- but I think there were some people sitting downstairs. They had a beauty salon and a barber shop in there, but I could not see it because the door was closed.

Our overall experience with Brookdale Westover Hills has been great. The staff is very friendly and it was an easy transition. The sales person was a well of knowledge and easy to contact, they got back to you. I tried the food once, it was great when I had a meal with my mom. They take good care of their clientele, I was very impressed.

My experience with Brookdale Westover Hills is fine. We have bingo, card games, movies, live entertainment, and a lot of things. We go out to eat once a month as well. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it's not, just like everywhere else. They have a library and internet.

I really liked Brookdale Westover Hills. The people were extremely friendly, and the residents were up and about. I really loved it. In the memory care area, they had different places setup to remind them of memories or things they might have remembered doing. It was a wonderful place. The rooms were a little small, but there was a microwave, a refrigerator, and a large bathroom. It was nice.

Brookdale Westover Hills was very nice. It looked wonderful, and I was thoroughly impressed. It was new and modern. The lady was very professional and spent quite a bit of time with me. I was just very impressed with the whole place. I looked at a studio room, and it was very nice. The place was very clean, and it was very new-looking.

Brookdale Westover Hills was really nice. It looked clean, there were a lot of activities going on, and it was a nice place. The rooms looked very spacious. They had a theater room, a nice game room, an exercise room besides their cafeteria, and some reading areas. Their dining area looked like a restaurant. The people I talked to were nice, friendly, and helpful.

The price to live here is crazy. You pay room and board as well as everything as far as meds, grooming, care and anything needed has a added price. They have 3 meals a day we visited at lunch to eat and the food was overcooked and not enough. Staff seemed helpful but not orginized. Nursing seemed overwhelmed not sure why if the building seemed vacant. Was not what i expected and feel maybe my parents would not be a good fit at this time. Looking at other Brookdales around the area.

My parents were residents of this community in 2010-2014. I refered friends to brookdale in 2015 they moved in and we have been frequent guest to visit because it brings back memories of the love my parents received by the staff. Alot of them have remained through the yrs since my parents. My good friends have been greatful for sharing this once great place to them. I am deeply disappointed in the turn over with new management. The past few months have been a big turn around the lack of communication, treatment, integrity and respect for community. Walking into this place has torn us apart. As of now i would not recommend westover as a fun loving environment for anyones loved ones. We miss the old good staff that they had thank you!

I very much liked Brookdale. It had more of an institutional feel to it but still very nice. It’s spacious, and there was a lot of light coming in, which I think indicates that it would be very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Broadway Plaza (Brookdale Westover) was too big; there were a lot of people in this place. It was so noisy. There needs to be some way to could control the noise because even in the cafeteria, I didn’t see how the ladies and gentlemen would be able to hear each other at the tables. All of the people were wonderful, very nice, and very helpful. They didn’t attend to us, so I could see that their focus was not trying to get new customers but on making sure their residents felt secure. We were stopped several times on our tour for questions from residents, so it was very nice. As we were trying to leave, the girls did a presentation.

We looked at Broadway at Westover Hills. Their rooms were not as big as the other facilities I've looked at. I liked the location because it's the part of Fort Worth that I used to live in, so I am more familiar with it. Everyone there seemed very nice, as well, when we went to visit. They were also very knowledgeable. The person who took us around was very nice and very helpful. He also knew the answers to all the questions that I had. We saw a room, and it was very nice.

Broadway Plaza at Westover Hills is a very good facility and very clean. The only problem that they had was that kitchen was small, but I think they wanted that everybody should go to the dining hall. The rooms were also small, but everybody seemed happy. It was nice. The lady who showed us around was a very sweet lady. They offer a lot of activities, but I didn’t see a lot of activities going on. It seemed like everybody is staying in their room, and I think they need to make the facility brighter because it's kind of dull.
