When I called , and ask a simple question , they hung up on me also no one speaks a different language .

I have been using Loyal Home Health since May or June and I'm quite satisfied with my home help lady. She helps me keep my home in order and does the house cleaning stuff that I can't do for myself. She helps me with shopping and does my shopping for me. She helps me keep myself clean and she's very good. However, I don't have many dealings with the agency except my caregiver.
