Terrible service, most of the nurses are rude, I've recently had a few items missing since they started coming out. Most of the nurses are late and can't get a return call for complaints . I would not refer anyone here!

We had a really good experience with Star Care Hospice with my father. They were fabulous. They came in everyday and talked to us about what was going on with end of life. They educated us on the dying process, and that was important to me and my family. They talked to us about the grieving process. We were doing a lot of processing and making sure everybody was talking to him. After he died, we were at peace.

We have Star Care Home Health right now, and they were very nice. Most of the time, the caregivers come on time. They provide therapy and the nurse comes; she takes the blood pressure, temperature, and straightens out medication problems. I actually needed some physical help with the house, but they didn’t provide that kind of service. I don’t have any complaints with them at all.

My friend is currently with Star Care provider. It's an In-Home-Care service wherein she have a private nurse that takes care of her very well. She seems to be happy with the service they are providing for my friend. Giving her quality care and support makes me feel happy as well. Someone is helping her to clean the house and cook for her since she cannot manage to do so. I'm very satisfied with the service of Star Care and I will surely recommend this provider to others.
