Our dear family church member had a very bad experience in this facility, she was lactose intolerant and the staff kept giving her dairy products, she had BM and was not changed for over two+ hours, we took her to another place at half the price and now she's been taken care of like a human being should. Seniors don't deserve to stay in these type of facilities where they are mistreated. ZERO star facility.

Duncanville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center was willing to help. The rehab center itself is more geared toward stroke patients. The staff there are pretty good; they're great. They tried to accommodate my mother and all her needs, and they were willing to learn about different and new patients. I haven't heard her complain about the food. She's in quarantine. I haven't been in there, but just by looking through the door, it's nice. I'm getting what I pay for.

Parkland Duncanville and Healthcare an Rehab has taken very good care of my Uncle who has recently discharged back home with his wife and is a living testimony of the good care and quality of service he received and is proud to share his experience with the world.. My cousin was here also but passed away but she too received great care. And her family is grateful to the facility for all that was do e to keep her alive as long as she was able to be.. I would highly recommend Duncanville to anyone. I would recommand Duncanville. Places change and so do people. I would suggest that you go in yourself talk to the staff they are very knowledgable and caring. You may even can talk to some residents at the end of the day that is their home which earns everyone's respect. What really matters is that this facility is meeting your love one needs as they did for my family. One question to ask yourself when searching for a facility. If a facility is that bad would you keep your love one there ? There are residents at facility an been there for years I don't think I will keep my love one at a facility for a period of time if I felt I wasn't getting the care that they need, but always know your love 1 comes 1st before you personal opinion. So my family was happy and so was I.

Actually I've charged Duncanville Nursing and Rehab Center in 2011 for negligence for my father's death. At that time, I was not given a choice for these types of facilities. If I had, I would have chosen another one. My mother's doctor put her in the same nursing facility with her approval and I would have never done that. I would not recommend this facility to anybody. This place was aesthetically pleasing and that's about it. The staff was very friendly; however, they're overworked. If there's anything that they need to improve on, they need to make their decision-making process better as far as hiring quality caretakers. I may not have a license to be a CNA, but I can pull off that type of job any day of the week compared to the CNAs that worked in that facility. My mom had a private room at that time and it was spacious enough for her, but it was dirty. Also the only two activities that I saw there were elderly drinking alcoholic beverages once a week and them playing bingo.

This facility is not a good place for anyone to live. The staffing is never enough to care for the people living there.
The workers are overworked, management is disorganized and not enough attention is given to the residents due to lack of sufficient staff.
