My momma is now in Willow Bend Assisted Living & Memory Care and it's been great. They have caring staff, beautiful facilities, and amazing food. I've had a couple bits of my mom's stuff, but she keeps raving about it. Her room is updated, spacious, and wide enough for my momma's scooter. She loves the bingo that they have there, they have Catholic services that come once a week and she gets to receive communion. The living atmosphere is just great.

I visited Willow Bend Assisted Living & Memory Care. I liked the facility itself. The rooms were nice. They have a lot of activities and there's a courtyard there. The lady who gave the tour was also nice. Just that the other staff that I saw were only doing their daily tasks. It didn't seem like there was a lot of resident and staff connection, and that's something that we were really looking for.

Willow Bend had smaller space. They did not have walk-in closets, but they did have generous-sized rooms. The staff was very nice. They had lots of activities. I like it a lot.

I went to Willow Bend, and it was awesome, lovely, and it was a good place. However, for me, it still looked institutionalized. The staff was awesome. They had an outside area, but it was much smaller.

The staff members at Willow Bend were very nice and really good. For the people there, the staff was great and very friendly. The rooms were small, though. The only way in and the only way out is a door in the hallway. They had a small kitchen. The grounds were nice. There was bingo going on. They had a hair salon, too.

I am going to give Willow Bend 4-stars because of the lack of walk-in closets for the price that you have to pay. You have to get the more expensive rooms that also don’t typically have specials. Their Director called to let me know they were having some really good specials, but they don’t involve the rooms that have the walk-in closets, and that was a deal killer for my mom. The place was pristine and beautiful, and the staff is top-notch. These people know what they are doing. Their staff is tenured, and I was very impressed. I had an opportunity to talk to more people because we actually had a meal there. The food was very good, and the dining area was very nice. This would have been my pick, but the closet thing killed it. It was a very nice home atmosphere, and if it wasn’t for the closet thing, they really were top-notch. They have a crafts area for residents to go and do crafts and all the other amenities that most places have, especially the newer places. I was very impressed.

Willow Bend was very impressive, the rooms were very clean, and there was a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and nice, and I received some call backs. They were all very nice and polite. They had a good program.
