My Dad (Papa) chose this facility for personal reasons and spent his last couple of months well taken care of. They coordinated services with our hospice provider and treated my Dad with great care. Many of the staff treated him like family and the other residents became his extended family! They offer great recreational opportunities and meal options! Any concerns we had were always immediately addressed and followed up on! We were especially impressed with the administrator, Drew, who was responsive, always on the floor helping as well as knew everyone's name and preferences. Thank You-

Cottonwood Nursing and Rehabilitation has a good activity program. They have a very home-like atmosphere and the facility seemed to be very clean. The rooms are not that big and it’s a small nursing home. The staff are very knowledgeable with regards to their residents.

My choice of nursing home for my mother is Cottonwood. It is an older facility; however, despite its maturity, it has no odor. That's the very first thing I noticed when I first walked in this place. My mother has been there since July. She is doing okay now. She likes the food there. The staff is extremely helpful. It is worth mentioning that they had not lost a staff member other than retirement in the 11 years that the current director has been there. The only thing they could improve on in my opinion is having more therapy equipments for their patients.
