My mom is in Brentwood Place One. What made me choose that place is the atmosphere, the distance, and the neatness of the place. It is a decent building and has sweet people there. I feel she should get the most care there. The staff looked very helpful, courteous, and seem to care about my mom's needs and wants. They have bingo night. They have karaoke. They also do arts and crafts. The landscape is beautiful. The area is nice, and there's good scenery there.

My mom live there in bldg 2 and they take wonderful care of her I don't worry if she's been care for because I know she is they are all so great and I want to thank them for the professional and kind hearted loving people they are I mean that's every department I had to deal with they make sure she has what she need they keep in contact with you I like that

I'm in Brentwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. They just brought me here straight from the hospital. If you don't mind laying on the bed 24/7, it's OK. They're pretty good. They were better before this corporation took over, but it's still OK. The food is pretty good. All I got is a TV, and I got a drape between myself and my roommate, and another drape, and that's it. There's nothing to do here. It's not too far from a hospital.

They lost my clothes while I was in the hospital and they are refusing to do anything about it. Right now I am wearing clothes I have had on since last Friday and they are filthy and smell bad. I have asked for help and did not get it. Help is very poor here. I had covid 19 and the head guy was not going to do anything about it

Brentwood is good, but there is nothing for my ex-husband to do since he is blind. They don't have an area where he can go out and walk. The food is good. There are not that many residents.

My mother had been in Brentwood for six months. She wasn't happy there. The facility smelled like urine. The staff was pleasant but they didn't seem to concern themselves that much with their duties. It seemed that they don't exert extra effort and it's just a job for them. The rooms they have were about the same as the other facility. Personally I would not recommend this place. They need to improve on their staff's working attitude.
