I was not pleased with the way my friend was treated there the manger in the kitchen didn't care when he was told the food was cold and awful he was very rude some of the CNA and nurse's don't care at all something really needs to be done these poor residence need to be treated way better they deserve so much better

Terrible care for the many years that my loved one was there. Very few good nurses and even fewer good CNA’s over the years. The good staff members rarely stay long at this facility. My loved one was totally bedridden, and suffered bedsores, fungus, scabies, teeth that were allowed to rot down into her gums (even though management kept telling us that they would “get her the dental care” she needed. Her meals arrived cold and her bowel movements were cleaned after an hour or so on a regular basis. It got even worse when the COVID lockdown came and we couldn’t get to her. I wouldn’t put an animal through what she went through there. Pitifully disgusting place. My loved one died there in agony a year ago.

Furious and disgusted

Night staff is lazy and unresponsive. It takes forever for them to respond. All the while you can hear them chatting and socializing. It's hard to believe they haven't been shut down. Totally unprofessional. Stay away. The facility is dreary and depressing

My mother stayed in Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. My mother was not happy with the care because she is so spoiled at home, but as far as far as I can tell, it was OK. She came home with everything that she went with, and she got all her medicines, so it was OK. She had a roommate. It was small, but my mother is blind and not mobile. The facility was lovely.

My mom stayed at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a short while. They did not have single rooms for the short-term care, she had a roommate but everything was good. The staff were very helpful, they coordinated and facilitated everything with her move, since she came from another facility. They provided the best care for her, and she was back home in good health. I would surely commend this place to others.
