Miramar Home Care is located in Converse Texas near Randolf Air Force Base, off of 1604. We are about 15 minutes away from San Antonio with our nearest hospital being Northeast Methodist Hospital.

Miramar is owned and operated by Ruben and Laura Dorca. With a combined 24 years of experience we run a home that is lively, supporting the needs of our elderly community. We provide care ranging from light to heavy, depending on the needs of the individual. Miramar provides assistance similar to that of a larger community, but in a more intimate setting with a higher staff per client ratio.
