Trucare Living Center is a long-term skilled nursing facility that provides physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our therapists specialize in post-fall, post-surgery, post-illness and strengthening. Amenities include a new open well-lighted facility, enriched life skills, activities, home-ccoked meals, flat screen TV (with Cable included at no add'l charge) and religious services. Trucare Living Center has a nice comfortable feel. The residents are very happy, and the staff interacted with them really well. It's like a large family environment. The rooms are a little small, but they are adequate for what is needed. They have multiple activities daily for the patients. My dad doesn't participate in them a lot, but they have bingo and physical therapy, and he spends a lot of time in physical therapy. They also bring entertainment in occasionally for the residents. They really are outstanding for what's available. This was the only option close to his home.
