I toured Creekside Village Healthcare. I like the atmosphere of it. I like that the team seemed to be very aware, alert, and paying attention to everything. I would feel comfortable with my mom being there. The person who took me around was very knowledgeable, had answers to the questions that I had, and took her time to make sure that I know each part of the facility my mom would be having contact with. She just made me feel comfortable. I didn't see any appliances in the rooms. I saw a courtyard and a little seating area. It's a nursing home that specializes in memory care.

My mother was in this facility for many years, and I have a good friend who still is. My mother was sent to the hospital where she was at death's door due to the horrible treatment Mom received. I was no longer able to enter the facility to supervise her care because of covid. Praise GOD she recovered but I had to place her elsewhere and she is MUCH better cared for. The friend is able to be more independent, but still receives poor care, and suffers because of the lack of concern from the staff. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

My mother has lived there for several years. The current corporation owners are more concerned with money than the proper patient/staff ratio, replacing of ancient equipment, or proper treatment of residents or even their own staff. I have experienced 3 different owner change-overs and seen several administrators come and go. The current owners and administrator are not concerned with the the facility as much as with their income.
