My father moved into Hudson House Living. They tried to get their residents involved in activities, if they want to participate; if not, that's OK too. The staff seems to be very polite. They have games. They have a little bible study. One of their residents tries to lead them in exercise programs. Their outdoor amenities are just so pretty. It's a very pretty place. My dad said the food service is fine, but the food is so-so. The cleanliness is nice. It's good.

My mother is in Hudson House Canyon. I go to the front door and leave things for my mom. I call her on the phone, and visit with her through her window in her apartment. The staff is constantly checking on her, they're doing everything for her, and she's really happy with it. The facility is excellent. She's very happy with the food. They have very few activities. They're starting to do a few activities, bingo and such, with social distancing and masks, and just like six or seven people at a time. They're doing the best they can given the situation.

My mother receives wonderful care at Hudson House and we could not be more pleased. The staff are all friendly, sweet and gentle. They are patient and kind and really want their residents to be happy to be there. The Director is wonderful and has worked with us and explained everything to us. Thank you so much for taking care of my Mom.

I recently paid a visit to Hudson House Canyon Inc because my grandmother is a current resident. She is a part of the assisted living program, where she is continuously cared for. This care includes, getting dressed daily, properly groomed, and monitoring of her medications. It's rare when a facility affects me personally, and so I want to give two thumbs up to the staff for taking such good care of my grandmother. They have studio, one and 2 bedroom apartments. The inside decor is nice. They have a formal dining room. Activities room, beauty salon, and sitting rooms with TVs. They have a pool table and also offer housekeeping and laundry once a week. During my visit I was watching how they treat and care for the residents and it was clear to me that this wasn't just another job for them. Through their actions and words I could see how much they care for the residents. The staff was so patient and encouraging and they were super respectful, and I really appreciated that they did not talk to or treat any of the residents like children which I have seen in many facilities. I would definitely recommend this facility because the level of care and service that is provided to each and every resident is A+.
