My one star is for the magnificent physical and occupational therapy staff. It's also for the wound care nurse. Otherwise, I'd not go there again for recovery. Understaffed to the point where you wait a long time for anything from soiled laundry removal to a chance to speak to anyone. The food is very bad.

This place is packed with young smiling employees , they so bright a bubbly and have a lot of respect for there elders . I find it a especially good fact that the place has minimum cleanness , of course there will be dust some places and food others because that is just life . The only problem that i have with the Dansby house is that right in the middle of the sitting are there is a small hole in the roof , and i just happened to show up on a rainy day . Not only was the drip annoying but everyone was so busy that within 20 minutes the small bucket was full and started to drip on the floor about 30 minutes later the entire rug was soaked and all they did was throw some bath towels on top of it this struck me very hard and made me very displeased with the way they handled that situation .

This facility, although clean and pleasant looking, had great quality of personnel issues. Most of the staff were uncaring and cold and very bothered by having to take care of their residents' needs. Indeed, being in a wheelchair myself and therefore semi-incognito, I was able to witness several alarming incidents that would not normally have been witnessed by others. In addition, this facility's goal seemed to be only financially based. Their biggest concern was getting money, even if it meant they had to give you a refund because apparently when that happens, they hem and haw over giving you the refund. Nearly nine months later I have still not received our refund for overpayment.
