My mother has moved into New Hope Assisted Living. I chose it because even though it says just assisted living, they do have level two and three care. It is a residential facility. They have one caregiver for four clients, so she gets a lot more care than what she did at the other facility. They do everything right there. She has a bedroom that is shared. It is more like being at home somewhere. They have their dining room and a living room. It is a house that was converted, and it is much more appealing. The staff members are very kind and very gentle. My mother's skin is very thin, so it's very sensitive. They try to be as gentle as they can. The food could be better. It has a nice patio area with flowers. It sits on nine acres. It's very quiet and peaceful. It's family owned, so if you have any kind of issue whatsoever, you have direct contact to the owner.
