I liked The Heritage at Hunters Chase better. The rooms were much nicer. Even though it was just as old looking as the others we checked out, it had been renovated more recently. It was lighter and brighter. The woman we met was wonderful and was very helpful. They had a big dining room and they said that at least a third of the residents always come to dine in at the same time, which I thought was good. They had a much larger, centralized activities room, and you could tell that they were actually doing activities there. There were games and crafts, and it looked like the room was actually being used. The rooms were arranged around a central courtyard. They let the residents befriend some local cats and build a little house for them, which to me seemed like they really were catering to their residents.

Our Mother has lived there for three months now and is a completely different person. She was living alone with no stimulation and now has friends, plays cards again and has gained eight pounds. She cuts our visits short because she has "friends waiting". What a huge improvement with her quality of life. Staff is amazing, food is excellent. It's an older building but very comfy and homey. So glad we made the move!

My Mother moved in a few months ago and I have seen an improvement with her happiness and socialization. She has friends when she was living alone, she stopped playing cards but now has people to play with, she's gained a few pounds which is great. Staff is friendly and kind.

The Heritage at Hunters Chase was very nice, it was a very pretty place, and the rooms were set up nice. The lady we talked to was very informative, and she did a good job. I liked the room layout and the courtyard that they had. I liked the separation between the rooms so people could be separate if they wanted to, and be together if they wanted to. The courtyard is very pretty. We saw the activities room, and the dining facility, which was really nice.

My father is doing well at The Heritage at Hunters Chase. They have activities, but he hasn't participated in any of them. The staff members are very friendly. He loves the food. He said it's delicious. There's an activity room and a living area on his floor with tables and a TV. His room is a good size for what he needs. I like that it has a little kitchen with a microwave, a sink, and a refrigerator. He has a nice big window, so he gets good sunlight that comes into the room. He's happy with it. The facility was redone, so it feels a little more light and updated.

We like The Heritage at Hunters Chase a lot. The staff is excellent and the food is very good. They have a list of activities every day and something going on all day long. My husband has been living there since August.

We chose The Heritage at Hunters Chase because they could take my mom immediately, which was important to us. Overall, it's a pretty good place and I would probably recommend it. One of the biggest issues we had in the beginning was their lack of rehab facilities. They have people who come in to do rehab, but it's not just the same with having a dedicated room with the equipment needed for rehab. The CNAs are caring and they enjoy working with the residents. Mom is a difficult person to deal with, but they are very supportive and understanding of her. They have put up with Mom's behavior and that has been helpful to us. Sometimes, a couple of CNAs would not be as kind and caring as I would like, but the overall impression is good. I know they have Bingo, word games, and they sing old songs. From what we've seen, the food looks good, smells nice, and is very well-balanced.

The Heritage at Hunters Chase was extremely nice. Everything that they showed us was nice, and there was no problem with the place at all. We really liked it. They had areas where you can bring family and friends in, which was nice. They also had a really nice dining room, and the food was very delicious. They had individuals coming in to play music, and games. The staff was very friendly.

The Heritage was really a nice facility. They had nice amenities, but we didn’t really get into too much detail other than just to get a quick workaround, which was really brief. They gave us a tour, and they were nice. The person who gave me the tour was a very nice person, and they were very knowledgeable. The room was a pretty good size, and it had your regular shower and a refrigerator; some of them had electric stoves. They were playing music at that time.

My parents were on the waiting list here. It was a good facility. The residents looked happy to be there. However, the rooms were a small for both of them.
