Everything is fine here at Cobblestone. You have to be 62 and your rent is calculated according to your income level. I like the place as it is sponsored by National Churches. They’re quite strict on what they expect from you. There is no discrimination or anything, as long as you meet the standards and sign the papers. There are apartments and rooms with kitchen appliances. We have an association and we have something every month like volunteering. I moved in 18 months ago and the people are very nice. We just get along here like a big family. The property manager and the maintenance man were all very nice.
