The tour at Morada Lake Arlington was great. The people were lovely. The facility is a little older, but was clean and kept up. It was a lower cost experience and in fact, it's the one that my father-in-law ended up choosing to move to, except that we didn't go there because he suddenly took a nosedive. He chose to go there because the price was more moderate than the places that were at the top of my list. But it was quite adequate. I also liked that it was a bit smaller sized than some of the ones I toured. It felt like the hallways were more navigable and he would probably feel more part of the community in a facility of that size and that he would probably be pretty well known by the staff in a medium-sized facility like that. The rooms were nice, not as kind of upscale and new looking and modern looking as at some of the other places, but they were spacious and adequate and had everything he would need.
