We are using Bridgeway. The caregivers are local, they are really attentive, and they come in when they need to come in, so everything so far is good. They get along with my mother and have been really attentive and helpful, so we are really pleased with them at this time.

They have a bit of problem getting someone to come in and refer us some time. My wife's condition is a little bit unusual. She's under a state CBA (Community Based Alternatives) program, and that might be a governing factor as well. She is totally disabled and on a ventilator.
I have a regular caregiver from their agency that's with me 5 days a week and I was looking for someone to cover the weekends. She's been with us for over 5 years and she's very comfortable because she's with us that much time. She sees the situation for what it is and she had some previous experience working in a nursing home.
We've been very fortunate that we've had this lady with us. My wife is already comfortable with her caregiver. She's an older lady and she's very much aware of my wife needs. We're very pleased. She's very well experienced and very well trained. We've been very satisfied with her. I feel very comfortable that I can leave for a few hours and know that she's in good hands.
The agency did send out a couple of caregivers, but as soon as they see what the situation is they just don't feel at ease. It was a situation where I had gone through several younger caregivers and for whatever reason things just did not workout. I was just fortunate they happened to have this lady come in and we've been satisfied ever since. The fact that the caregiver has worked so well for us and Bridgeway has been helpful, I would recommend it.

My grandmother was using this home health service and she was receiving the utmost care. She was treated very kindly and friendly. They would walk with her through her home always being patient with her.

My wife recently had knee replacement surgery and our health insurer would cover home care from Bridgeway. The home care person didn't call when promised. They were a day late coming to our residence. The person was only in our home a few minutes. She asked a few questions and took my wife's vital signs. She told my wife she was doing fine and left. We were promised home therapy and they never delivered. We cancelled their service and are now going to a therapy center located near our home and there will be a copay charge for each visit; at least we will be geting some results. We asked our doctor and he also told us he would not recommend Bridgeway.
