I visited Grand Brook Memory Care for my husband's first cousin. So far, it's excellent, everybody is very, very nice. The scenery seems to be great. She was in the isolation part, and of course she didn't like that. She seems to be getting very happy and I'm very pleased. She hasn't been there long enough. The staff member, from the very beginning when I met Nelly, I believe was her name, she was just excellent. And Nancy has gone above and beyond. And Stephen, there couldn't be a better one. It's very clean. It's a little aged, but it's very nice. It's a little older, but that's OK. It's very clean, that's the main thing. They do have activities, and the girl that does them her name is Robin. I have met her, but I don't think Debbie had time to get too involved in their activities yet. It's a little pricey, but that's OK.

Grand Brook McKinney is an excellent facility. The rooms are great. The meals are good. They keep residents very engaged. It’s a clean nice place with an excellent staff. We highly recommend.

Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney was nice, and we liked it. The staff was really welcoming and answered all our questions. They were very focused on their patients, and it seemed like everybody was getting along well. It was a nice place focused on memory care.

We chose Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney because it had great reviews online. They agreed to take my husband in until their branch near our place opens. A lot of times, they don’t have enough aides during the daytime, but there's always a lot in the evening checking on him every two hours. The staff is very nice, and most of them have been there at least a year and a half to two years which says a lot to me. It's not like people come and go all the time. The food doesn’t look so appetizing to me.

Stoneybrook of Mckinney was a beautiful place. My mother did not like it because it was very expensive, but it was very nice. The people there were very nice. My mother was not comfortable with the idea of assisted living. The rooms were bright, clean, and beautiful, and the ones that they showed us were beautifully furnished, spacious, and comfortable looking. It was more upscale.

My mother has been in Stoneybrook of McKinney for about a month now, and it has been outstanding. The rooms are beautiful and large. The staff is awesome. The grounds are beautiful. The food is very good. My mother has a very strict diet, and they're accommodating. It is completely locked down, and I'm completely comfortable with my mother there. I absolutely would recommend them.
