The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living is very nice with friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The facility is remarkable, beautiful, new, and like a resort more than an assisted living facility. We're very happy so far. My dad has moved into assisted living. They do a lot of activities, so they always have something going on. The food is good, but I wouldn't say it's great. They have transportation, courtyards with a putting green and sitting area, and a beautiful, gentle dog that they pet and play with. They have lots of walkways outside, and it's beautiful and scenic. The place is state of the art, brand new, and has an upscale feeling. A really big plus is the shared room situation, where they don't share one big open room, but instead they have separate bedrooms. You're really getting a semi-private room since they're only sharing a bathroom.

My aunt lived here from November until March. While the care staff and kitchen staff were excellent we had serious problems with management. My aunt was leaving a home she had lived in 63 years and expected serious settling . She does have moderate Alzheimers but is high functioning. After two weeks at the facility they said we had to move her to memory care; right before Thanksgiving. We didn't understand and hired a case manager that really made them mad. Our manager found they had moved 5 people from assisted living to memory care in the year since they opened . There was space in memory care but a waiting list for assisted living. They retaliated by raising her rate to almost $7000 a month . We moved her after the holidays after we found a more suitable assisted living. The Pointe is a very nice independent living but if your loved one has any memory problems it would be better to look elsewhere as there are assisted living places that keep dementia patients in assisted living as long as possible. Mt aunt is stable and doing well in her new place. There are people far worse than her in assisted living.

The Pointe was a newer, nice, comparable community and it's very nice. It had good dining options and lots of activities. The price point was expensive. They had a whirlpool, library, activities room, bar, and transportation. It was very well done, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff at The Pointe at Lifespring was so nice and accommodating to me. It's a new place and it looks so nice. They set the move-in date and I had furniture delivered over there already. They worked with me in such a gracious way, so I am really impressed. The room is really like an apartment with a refrigerator, a place for a microwave, a little table, bedroom, and bathroom.
