Rooms are ok but they aren't cleaned on a regular basis and then it's usually just a linen change and some dusting. Food is barely edible and nothing like the photos advertised or chef prepared. At night there is usually only one, resident assistant, RA to cover the entire building and there isn't a full time nurse on duty. Then whoever is the senior RA or the RA on duty is the manager in charge of the facility. Beauty shop that's only occasionally open.

I was a visitor there for over an hour and its was a very beautiful place to be very clean and awesome staff! all places have its ups and downs certain days but this is a place id gladly leave my loved one for care. i was very impressed to see what i saw that day. wasnt expecting to see such loving and caring place that actually felt like a home enviorment. food prep is awesome as well! the care these sweet people receive is wonderful in my eyes. so i would gladly give 100 percent on care! if ur looking for a place for ur loved one i would say yes to this place!

My parents are happy, here. When my mom came here after a very long drive, they asked her if she was hungry, "we saved some dinner for you...." she felt right at home. She has been there for 3 months, no complaints yet.

They were very friendly as well, but I felt like I didn't quite get as much information from them. They were vaguer, but they were friendly and the place itself was very nice to look at. It was a pretty place. The landscape and the area and the inside were very homey looking. They are very close to the school, so they had student volunteers, people coming over to sing, and a choir group. All of the facilities actually had things like a schedule and different types of activities for the people, but this is not a priority for my grandmother because she is not into a lot of things with people

The staff were very caring, friendly and helpful. The workers seemed to have a positive attitude. I had lunch there one time and went there on a couple of occasions for the different activities. I would seriously consider this facility.

It is located in North Knoxville and is one of the nicest places I have ever visited. The Alzheimer's unit has some of the most caring and knowledgeable staff I have ever spoken with and will bend over backwards to assist the patient nd their family. The rest of the facility is so beautiful and the common room is always full of residents either playing cards or sitting by the fireplace. The food is also really good and is always different so it keeps the residents from getting bored with the menu. I would absolutely advise anyone to take their family member here.
