My family member has been at New Hope for almost 5 months. Moving her from another state was an exhausting process coupled with the task of finding a facility. We toured and interviewed 7 facilities. Thank God we found New Hope. New Hope is a fine blend between state-of-the-art technology and a family home. My loved one has dementia and the level of care she receives at New Hope is awesome. They have two chefs that accommodate residents food preferences. The care givers are skilled and also very kind. As a family member I am always welcomed anytime day or night. The home is beautiful and impeccably clean, always. The entire staff is amazing keep doing what you are doing.

This is not a facility, it is a home. My mother lived here for two months under the care of hospice. We were there with her daily. The staff is very caring. It was beautiful watching them interact with the residents. The other residents were also very kind and welcoming to our entire family. The atmosphere is very relaxed, without sacrificing excellent care. The home is gorgeous. It is convenient to Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, and White House, yet you feel like you are in the country. Our family loved the comfortable elegance this home exudes. During a difficult time, we were able to relax and enjoy being together. There are so many areas to sit and visit, both inside and out. The meals are excellent. My mom's dietary needs changed as her illness progressed and the chef went out of his way to help her and provide alternate solutions. Near the end of life they set up a very comfortable cot in her room so a family member could stay at all times. They not only provided exceptional care for my mother, but constantly tried to make sure our family had everything we needed. I can't recommend them enough.

toured New Hope Senior Living the day of the grand opening. It is an amazing beautiful home. In talking to the staff I learned that not only is it beautiful and constructed with utmost safety in mind they also have the newest technology to help them monitor the health and safety of their residents moment to moment. It seems they have done their utmost to provide the best care possible for their residents and to give peace of mind to the residents families. Rooms all have lovely views of the beautiful surroundings, most have private bath rooms. Staff very attentive.

I toured New Hope Senior Living and was impressed with the thought that was put into every detail from design and decor to services and activities offered to ensure the residents happiness and safety. The entire property is beautiful beyond words and it is obvious in my tour with staff, the goal is to make sure each resident feels they are at home and not in a facility.
