My parents moved into Hearthside Senior Living. We liked that it was all-inclusive, so it didn't matter what's their level of care in regard to cost. The staff was very nice, and knowledgeable, and answered all questions. They thought the food was very, very good. They have lots of games including poker and bingo. They also have a church that they're able to go to and crafts. Their room is a little small, but it has a big closet and they're able to fit two twin hospital beds.

I toured Hearthside Senior Living of Collierville. I like the room, and the atmosphere seems to be OK. They told me they got a private dining room if you want to have friends, and they do the laundry if you want them to. They have three meals a day, and they have a nurse on duty 24 hours a day. They clean the room once a week. They take you to the doctors if you need to go, and they take you shopping sometimes; it's OK. I've known about this place for a long time, since they built it, and I know people that have lived there. They were happy with it.

My brother-in-law moved into Hearthside Senior Living of Collierville. We really loved the community, and it's a great place. They're very caring people, and every time we're out there, they're there to help the people. We've been really impressed with them. The staff is very prompt and they know my brother-in-law. He's doing really well there. They have anything you need for assisted living. My brother-in-law gets breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have snacks during the day time, and they have activities all the time. If my brother-in-law needs a nurse or someone to come to help him with anything he needs help with, all he needs to do is push his button. They have a doctor on staff and they have nurses 24 hours a day. The apartments are super nice. They have an exercise room where they exercise every single day. They have plenty of activities so there are a lot of fun things going on there. Their pricing is better than anything we've ever seen too.
