My father-in-law is staying in The Lantern at Morning Pointe, and it's been excellent. The care he's receiving is individualized for his needs. They're caring, and they treat him as if he's their family. He seems to be happy with the food. He's a fairly picky eater but he doesn't complain about it. He cleans his plate.
It's homey and clean. It's what we were looking for. We didn't want it to be fancy, but we wanted him to be comfortable. We wanted it to be updated. I think they could offer a little bit more activities, but that probably something to do with COVID; they can't do much. The value for the money is average. You get what you pay for. I don't feel like they're overpriced, yet I don't necessarily think that they should be charging more either.

The care that my mom got was awesome. What I liked was when I came to visit the staff always knew exactly where mom was and what she was doing. All residents were clean and dressed and no odor present anywhere. Great place.
