One of the smaller facilities, and in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, with a variety shopping and fast food options very close. The staff is very caring, but, like most facilities (regardless of classification), were doing the best they could with the resources on-hand, so many times assistance wasn't often enough to attend to basic needs in a timely manner, for a nearly-bedridden resident, which is why we were asked to seek residence elsewhere.

We've taken possession of a studio apartment at The Village at Bellevue, but my wife hasn't moved yet. It's convenient. The price is reasonable compared to a nursing home. The staff that gave the tour are all great. They're all just nice people. The rooms are very nice. They're currently undergoing some rehab, so it's going to be even nicer.

The Village at Bellevue was fantastic. It was the choice that we went with for my father. My overall experience was excellent. They've been around for a long time and they have a wonderful community. Because it is not the largest facility, there is more of a sense of community and family. Fewer people mean better care. Their facility was homey and comfortable and had amenities, if not on the grounds, just next door. It's a great location, right next to a large shopping district with medical facilities nearby. It was an excellent place. It's very good. The rooms were clean and convenient. It's only two stories and there's an elevator, so anyone with mobility difficulties was well taken care of. The gentleman in charge of caring for the facilities of the rooms was a very helpful, kind young man and went out of his way to make sure all the residents were well cared for and all of their facilities were clean and functioning (water faucets, toilets, light bulbs, things like that). It's an excellent facility and it's wonderful, but there were some things that they could improve on. The staff that walked me through was excellent, kind people who care about every single resident. I was able to eat there, and their food was very nutritious. It's excellent food and there's plenty of it. Nobody's going to go hungry. It is a slightly older building, so they have that to deal with. Things are beginning to break down and a little bit older, so they have to work harder for the upkeep, but it's an excellent community, and it was a great place.

My grandfather was here. It was a nursing home and assisted living facility. We had a couple of nurses whom we really liked and whom we thought did a really good job. The facilities were really nice. The environment was good, friendly, and active. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a little older, and the furnishings and décor seemed out of date, but it seemed very clean. They had two dining areas and both seemed very nice. The room for activities seemed very small. The memory care unit wasn’t very cheerful, but the price in general was OK.

The staff was very nice. I like them. The price was the only reason why we didn't consider, but it was clean and nice.

It has an Alzheimer's section there and it's very nice. It's very clean. The staff were very informative and very helpful. They were able to follow up with a couple of calls. If we just lived probably closer to the facility, we've probably utilize it.
