We toured Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. It was not as impressive as the others. It was a little bit older. They had nice people, and they had good physical therapy equipment and infrastructure. They also had a gym. The rooms were OK, but a little older. They were well-maintained, but not super modern. The activities that they had looked sufficient.

We toured Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. It was really good and well-kept. It was beautiful and pleasantly decorated. They had a 'Big Welcome' up for us and it was nice. It was a really lovely place. It was smaller than the other place, but that's okay. We don't want a huge institution, we want a smaller, comfortable place, and that's what it was. The staff Claudia was wonderful. She was very engaging and very friendly. She knew everybody's name and spoke to everybody. The staff were very interactive and very friendly. They seemed to know everything that was going on. It was great. The food looked really good; however, we did not eat or sample anything. I think they would have made us anything to eat had we asked for it, but we weren't there to eat, we were just there to tour it. I liked what they said about the place, that they had people on staff all the time, and if my sister is a late eater and doesn't make the meals, they would make her something a little bit later. I like that. They were accommodating.

I went to Brighton Gardens of Brentwood, and they're great. It's not a residential area, but it was still really nice. It was a strong second choice for us. The rooms and apartments were all good. They're really nice. The maintenance and upkeep looked wonderful. The place looked nice. The people who assisted us were very good. They're nice people all around. Their price was a little more attractive, but they were too far from our home. Their dining area looked great.

We have chosen Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. It's not far from where we live, and hopefully it's more in my mother's income range. It's also in a nice part of town, and I'm familiar with that area. The rooms are nice. The staff who gave me the tour was really nice. He runs the place, and he's super nice. The dining area looked really nice. They have movies, they have bingo, they have dance classes, and they have a garden outside where you go outside and do stuff in the garden. They have a nice court area where you can go out and sit if you want to. They have a lot of stuff there to keep anybody busy.

I thought Brighton Gardens of Brentwood assisted living was very beautiful and very easy to get around. The rooms I saw were spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. They have all kinds of activities too like craft activities and gardening.

I toured Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. It's a beautiful place. It's someplace I can envision myself. The people were nice. I felt comfortable. I was there right after lunch so I could see the menu and what the food was like; it looks good. The room looks fine. I like the atmosphere and the setting. It felt good. The staff who assisted me was great. She explained exactly what I would get, what it would take, what it would cost, and based on my needs, what I could have. The layout was fine. I found my way around easily, and it looked good. The staff was fine. The receptionist was very cordial. She made me feel welcome. Everyone else I saw gave me a smile and said hello. I felt good there. Everything was clean. It felt good being there.

We're very impressed with Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. The tour went very well. I liked that it's small and that it's not a high rise, because my brother can't really walk distances. I also liked the layout of it, and that the people we met were very nice, and their prices. I felt like they would be the one that we would be going to. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. While we were walking, they stopped and spoke to us, and it appears that several members of their staff have been there for a long time, which says something about the place. We really enjoyed them. I liked the selection of apartments, and that they've got a few vacancies. They have a special if you move in in October, which is very appealing.

We chose Brighton Gardens of Brentwood for my mother because of the location, the cost, and the extremely caring professionals that I met with. The staff was extremely caring, extremely loving, and extremely helpful. The dining facility, gardens to sit outside, and the lobby were very attractive. The facility layout and cleanliness were excellent.

Brighton Gardens of Brentwood was dated. The apartment was dated as well and had old wallpaper. The staff during the tour was very nice and professional. It just did not meet our needs. It appeared to have less of a home setting and more of a hospital or an institutional setting. It didn't impress me favorably, but it's a clean facility.

Our experience with Brighton Gardens of Brentwood was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and willing to work with us. It's very bright and cheerful. It seemed to be a loving environment. They do outings, shopping, scenic drive, bingo, and church services. They had a special pinning ceremony for veterans. They had a great variety of different things that they try to do to engage the clientele. They had several room choices. They had studios. We're getting a one-bedroom for Mom, so it had a separate sleeping area and living area, nice bathroom facilities and a walk-in shower. The food we ate was excellent. It's a beautiful facility. It had nice open areas, courtyard, and greenery.

Brighton Gardens was very clean, very nice, three-stories, and I saw people doing activities. They have exercise classes, and they have a little community dog. The staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was very polite. We looked at a studio, they were in the process of painting the wall, and it was big enough for one person. They had a community bus that takes them out to grocery stores, or a little tour out in the country, and that was pretty cool.

Very pretty facility. Very friendly and caring staff members. Many of the staff members have been there for a number of years, which was a huge plus. Many of the areas of the community have been recently renovated including the apartments. There were some really nice outings and programs offered as well. We did have the chance to have a meal, and it was presented well, and had great flavor.

I toured the facility and was sold a real good story. I signed a lease for my Mother to have an apartment in the Memory Care unit. The food was horrible, the staff lacked basic skills. My Mother lived there for less than 3 months before having a several fall which ultimately led to her death. They did not call me for 5 hours after the fall. The reason I was told it took so long was because my Mother said she was fine. My Mother had Alzheimer's. They also lacked nursing skills and I had to stay on top of them for everything. They drove my Mother to the rec center to meet me in the middle of January. It was freezing and they didn't even have her wear a coat. They asked her if she was cold and she said no. Again, she had Alzheimer's. The driver should have known better. At the end of her stay just about every management person left at once like mice jumping a sinking ship. Would not recommend facility to anyone!

We went to Brighton Gardens. It was nice. They just didn’t have a lot of availability. Also I didn’t like the carpet. The food was good, and the atmosphere was great, but it was not a very convenient location. It was in a busy corner. It was Ok though. I like it. It was nice. The staff was nice, but it just wasn’t a good fit for us. They did have a calendar of activities where they do different things.

My dad was at Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. The staff was very kind and very good to him. We had a lot of difficulty with regard to getting his medication to be given to him regularly, which was a real problem.

It was very nice. I didn't think it was laid out quite well, but it was a terrific facility. Brighton Gardens was definitely large and had multiple floors -- either two or three.
