Not well maintained

The building has problems that are not being taken care of by the lady director. Very poor attention given or letting residents know when they will be done. Lights are out by doorways & parking areas. Smells terrible in hallways. The fountain was broken for months, left trash in the front of building. Had a filthy diaper by cars which no one cleaned or cared to throw away. Many residents complain about the lack of repairs being done. Poor way to do resident's who are paying a high price to live there. Need better supervision and better communication from the top leaders.

Adams Place was very clean, and the staff was fine. They have a library and activity room. I would recommend it.

The experience I have obtained at Adams Place is that I go on a weekly basis to visit my Grandfather. The Staff always provides exemplenary service and always make sure that all patients including my grandfather are always taken care of in a professional manner. Adams Place has many activities and games that the patients can participate in, for example they have bible study and bingo, which my grandfather loves to partcipate in. They also have a workout room, where you can visit on a daily basis to improve your health and to get fit. Adams Place also has neat and well-kept rooms that the patients stay in, that I think are very beneficial for my grandfather. Sunnington Assisted Living is another facility that I am familiar with in Murfreesboro, TN. At Sunnington they also provide excellent service to guests and patients. I have found out that Sunnington Assisted Living has card games and bible study also for the patients to partcipate in. I have not seen a fitness room at Sunnington for me to evaluate. Overall I would have to say that I like Adams Place better, because I currently have my grandfather who stays there and is well taken care of and he has made some friends there, and he loves to do the activities that they have on a daily basis. I currently do not have any relatives of mine who currently stay at Sunnington Assisted Living.

I was very pleased with the Adams Place facility. The staff was extremely kind to both visitors and the people living in the facility. The residents were extremely pleased and you could tell they were comfortable where they are. The staff schedules events for the residents which include music and theater. There is a dining hall that has fantastic food and a wait staff that caters to the residents needs. Although the facility is expensive, it is worth every dime to know that your family member is happy and well taken care of. I would not hesitate to use this facility for a family member. Adams Place hosts holiday events for family and residents. Their medical staff is well trained and knowledgable about their population. The décor is contemporary and well-suited for the residents, while each resident is permitted to decorate their own living quarters to their liking. I feel that this is a warm, welcoming, and exquisite facility.
