I went to Town Village Audubon Park. The tour was complete with all of the amenities. The young man who did the tour was excellent. If we went to a senior living situation in Memphis, it would probably be number one on our list. We would only be interested in the two-bedroom apartment though he showed us several apartments. I saw the pool, the exercise room, and the grounds. Because my husband is quite a gardener, there would be a place for him to garden. We saw the whole thing, but I'd have to go with a rating of three because of the overwhelming smell of food in the kitchen, the dining area, and the bistro. There were only a few patios on the first floor, and there were no balconies.

I went to Town Village Audubon Park. I liked them. They got a gated park. It's not big, but it's big enough to let my dog off the leash. They got a swimming pool and I saw women doing water aerobics in there, and I was like 'I would like that.' They also had some classes where they were doing yoga and stuff. The atmosphere was nice. They got fireplaces all over the place and I love that especially in the wintertime when it's nice and cozy outside. They have several little restaurants in there and a big dining room upstairs where they have tablecloths and real napkins. It's nice. It's like a five-star restaurant. There are two fireplaces, and then they have a pool room. It's not just an older people's home.
The staff were very nice. I didn't see anything wrong at all. The young man that I talked to and that walked around with me was just really, really nice. I met the maintenance men at the place, they're young men and not old people that hardly get around. They got young maintenance men, somebody that can get the work done and get it worked fast. From the outside to the inside, and the staff, everything was first-class. They showed me a room where if I slipped and fell as I did back in December, they would have people come in and I can do my physical therapy right there.

I toured Town Village Audubon Park. I ate lunch there, and the food was excellent. Everything that I observed was very good. The rooms are small. That's my biggest drawback. It's probably enough, but I would have liked it a little bit larger. It has a fully equipped kitchen, it has a little counter, and it does contain a washer and dryer. Each time that I visited there, the staff gave me the latest monthly calendar of activities, and it's got several things on there that I will be interested in. It is in an area of town where there's an art gallery that I can walk to where residents there can have free membership. Then there's a botanical garden that I could walk to, and it'd be a nice little walk. It's still in Memphis, but it's in a really nice area. I liked that, and I was looking for that. It's even got a little dog park. But it only has four balconies and those are in corners, so I didn't have an option of that. They have two-bedrooms, but they were a little bit out of my budget.

I did a tour of Town Village Audubon Park, and it was fine. I had no problems with them, the look of it, and the people in it. The cost of the of the apartment was in a price range that was OK for me.
They're in an upscale neighborhood. This is not a congested area; it's in a neighborhood.
The apartment was a one-bedroom, with a living room, kitchen, laundry room, and closet. The staff gave me all the information I asked for, and we toured the location. I think he told me everything I needed to know, although I did call back and ask a question, something I had forgotten to ask earlier. He was a very nice person. He was knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and I have no problems.
In about an hour's trip, I couldn't see everything that was there; with what I saw, though, there was no problem.

I personally feel like the location of Town Village Audubon Park was a good, prime location, and that's a good thing. The thing I like least is the room; I wasn't impressed with it because they had stand-up showers. What they showed me wasn't even presentable. It's an independent living facility, and the staff was professional. The campus was gorgeous; I liked it. They have a physical therapist on site. They also had a salon, and they offered transportation and all types of activities. It was a nice facility. I personally feel like the part of town it was in was safe and convenient.

We went to Town Village Audubon Park and it was a very good visit. They are nice people there. It's a fantastic place for independent living. We didn't see a lot of the staff, we just met with the head of marketing. His name I believe was Dan, and he was very good, very thorough, and friendly. The facility was as good as the best.

Town Village Audubon Park was very nice, but the apartments were too small. It's also very pricey. The staff was very nice. The location was really nice and the place was clean. They have a pool, a gym, and a salon.

We've chosen the Town Village Audubon Park for my brother and sister. It was great. I could have not asked for anybody nicer and more accommodating. We are thrilled to death. The staff was great, and everybody was wonderful; it could not have been any better. The location fits their needs perfectly. The apartments are small, but they are very nice.
Everything about it is great. We loved that it was well kept. The people are very nice and very accommodating; it's great.

I used to live in Town Village. I was there for a year-and-a-half to two years. The cost was a little high. The staff was very nice. They were very amenable and responsive to needs. The food was good; it was excellent. We had a lot of choices. They have a dining room and a bistro. If you don't want to sit around many people, you can pick your choice and eat at different times in the bistro. The room was very nice. You could go to the chapel every Sunday, which is important to me if I wanted to go. They have a swimming pool, a bistro, a big dining room, an exercise room, and a pool room. They have exercise classes. In terms of transportation, they would take you to doctor's appointments and things like that. It was expensive. My problem was, I had to be taken to the hospital and when I got out, I just could not afford the same level of care.

We're going to probably send my father to one of the units over at Town Village Audubon Park. I had an in-person tour there. We chose them because its location is close to where his house is right now, there's a number of friends he has over there, and it looks very comfortable and very inviting. Everyone seems to be very nice so far. We met the executive director. He was very kind, seemed to be a very happy man, knew a lot of who the occupants are, and said a lot of good things.

My niece is at Town Village Audubon Park. It is clean, friendly, and it had amenities that we needed. Their staff is excellent. Her apartment is perfect. The outdoor space is very nice. It's very well maintained. They have three meals a day, a swimming pool, activities, and transportation. Some of the activities are not taking place right now. It's expensive for her, but it's excellent quality care.

My tour at Town Village Audubon Park was great, I thought the place was wonderful. The staff members who gave the tour was just excellent. The apartment shown to me was very nice and adequate for what I would have needed. We went through the dining area and it looked very inviting. It was nice.

Town Village Audubon Park had a lot of older people. The rooms were nice. The person showing me around knew what he was doing. They had an indoor swimming pool and a walking trail. The dining area seemed spacious and clean.

Town Village Audubon Park was really pretty but looked kind of tired. The people were lovely. The rooms were very small, but the unit I saw was nice. The dining area looked tired, too. I had lunch ther,e and it was fine. They certainly seemed like they were on top of things. The residents looked happy, and the staff seemed very nice.

We moved to Village Audobon Park into a nice two-bedroom with a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. My wife described it as living in a luxury hotel. The food is excellent with a lot of variety and options, and we like it a lot. We like the happy hour on Friday afternoons.

I am living in Town Village Audubon Park. I love it. It's wonderful. The staff is excellent and does a great job. They have bingo, Xbox bowling, various field trips, bridge playing and other special things that come up from time to time. They have plenty of things to keep people busy and there's variety. My room is definitely spacious compared to other places I've visited. I'm enjoying it very much; it's exactly what I need.

I live in Town Village, and it's absolutely wonderful. The food is good, the staff is good, and everything is right here. They have Bridge, Canasta, Dominos, movies, jewelry making, lawn dancing, and Sudoko. They have a menu chat where you talk to the chef about your food. The botanical gardens and the art gallery are just right across the street. They take bus trips to museums, casinos, tours, and shopping.

My mom is at Town Village Audubon Park. She has a room with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and a full kitchen. Seh has a laundry facility in her room. The room where my mom live is not only larger, but very nicely appointed. They have tables where they can play cards and dominos. They also have a nice fireplace so people can sit there. They also have a very large dining area. The quality of the food there is good, and mom is quite satisfied. One big advantage with where she is now is it's much less expensive compared to the other places we've seen.

Town Village is very nice, upscale, and seem to have everything that one would want in independent living. The staff was very nice, and called me back several times to see if I was interested.

Town Village Audubon Park was right the same as the first one that I’ve seen. The staff was friendly, it was very neat and clean, and the entrance was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, and I liked their floor plans. They had plenty of activities.

I just moved in Town Village Audubon Park. The staff has been excellent and the amenities are great. They bring in housekeeping. They also take us to places where we need to go. I would say that the food is excellent as well. They have bingo and movies as part of their activities. The rooms and apartments are smaller than I was used to but it was fine.

Town Village was wonderful. The staff was very professional and very friendly. We did a walking tour of all the facilities including the pool area, the card room, the billiards hall, the movie theater, and many of the apartments. We had a very nice visit there; it was very thorough, and all of our questions were answered.

I settled here in Town Village, and it has been very good. They are very kind. They help you, talk to you, and introduce themselves. My room is nice. It is small, but I just moved out of a big house; I'll get used to it. The food is great. All the meals are very nicely done.
They have activities like bingo and trips to town, and they will take you to doctors' appointments and shopping.

Town Village Audubon Park was a lovely place and we enjoyed our visit there. The facility was very clean and pretty. The apartments were airy, bright and clean with a kitchen and all the amenities. Even pets were allowed in the apartments. We ate lunch and the food was really good. If you had special needs or special diets, they accommodated that as well. The staff were amenable and attentive, and the other residents were also friendly. There was an activity room but we were not able to witness any activities.
