Lakewood Place was very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable. The room we looked at was going to be a shared room. It was a little bit small. For the price, you couldn't beat it. Overall, it was clean. The grounds were clean and very nice, too.

Lakewood Place Loudon is an old hospital which they restored so it looks pretty nice. My dad is in assisted living there. The staff makes sure the residents are fed and help them if they need anything done. The dining room is very big and nice, and they'rw all sat by roommates, and if you don't have a roommate, it's men sitting with men and women sitting with women. It's open all day long so even when they're not serving food, they're allowed to go there, sit and chat with your friends. The food is all home-cooked and looked nice. The place is clean and they have several different games.

The people at Lakewood Place - Loudon were friendly. I liked it because different floors separated the residents according to their level of care. It was a very nice and clean place, and the food was great. They had great activities like taking the residents places.

I toured Lakewood Place and got information, but my cousin changed her mind. The place was very nice though. It was well located, and it was well kept. It was very nice. The lady that took me on the tour had all the information I needed, and she took me to every room. It was very well planned. The room was a pretty good size. It was clean. I looked at 1-bedroom with a bathroom and maybe a sitting area. I had seen the dining room. It was very nice, and it was well kept; you could feel comfortable there. I thought Lakewood Place was very good.
Awesome facility
My name is Barbara. My Mother has been a resident at Lakewood place since May 2015. Today is December 30 2015. Lakewood Place is an answer to prayer. Lisa H. is amazing to deal with when problems arise. Beth is the activities director. Our mother loves her. She especially loves to play bingo. The Christmas season was so much fun for the residents. The Christmas Saturday brunch was awesome and so much fun ,.I can't say enough about the nurses. The concern and professional care they give to our Mother, brings so much comfort to my siblings and I. Our Mother plans on continuing to live in this beautiful facility.. My four siblings and I would whole heartedly recommend Lakewood Place

I like the atmosphere at Lakewood Place. The staff is great. They are all very accommodating. I have several siblings and they told all of us to call whenever we want. They seemed to care. I have not tried the food, but my parents seem to like it. They are staying in a private room, which is spacious enough and clean. We are involved in the activities last couple of weeks, which is the breast cancer awareness. They have a big tea celebration where they provide snacks and balloon in honor of friends and loved ones who have survived or passed from cancer. They also have activities like bingo and craft activities which they ask the residents to participate in. They have outings to different landmarks or historic places in the city. I will definitely recommend them to others.

The information is based on visits with my family member as well as things my family member has told me. This facility does a lot of activities with their residents. The facility is very nice, clean and well organized. The staff has been friendly and more than willing to provide the assistance needed to my family member. They seem to take a real interest in their residents and the living conditions of the residents. They provide a variety of independent activities for example, a workout facility that residents are able to use as well. Their meals seem to be well-balanced and they do offer some snacks as well. The facility structure seems to be fairly new and in very good condition. They also follow safety precautions with the best interest of all residents in mind. Overall, as far as assisted living facilities go, I would say this is a really good place, should someone have the need to reside in an assisted living facility.
