My relative was at this community and loved it very much. They were always having wonderful events for residents, families and staff. Food served was great and live music was exciting for everyone. They are a smaller size community but offer a safe community with 24 hour care daily! Every director or manager takes time to talk with residents and families. They have an open door policy and are always willing to listen and try to help if there is any problems. Have always helped my loved one and made them feel special while they lived here.

I went to American House Jackson. They were under construction with some remodeling and things going on, so that was a little off-putting, understanding, of course, that things are not always the way they should be when the carpet is being replaced and walls are still being taken care of. The cleanliness of it was fine except for construction. It smelled fine. They had some activities going on. They had a little Bible class going on, and I heard some singing. I'm a pianist and I play the keyboard, so I said this is something that I could get into. I would be there and I would be playing for them and we would all be singing so that was encouraging to me. I liked that, and my husband as well. The attitude and friendliness of the staff were remarkable. They had one particularly nice room. It was a one-bedroom, but it had two entrances, one looking into the living area and one that went into the bedroom. There's nothing wrong with that, but it had two doors. Their pricing was prohibitive for us. As far as safety, everyone was wearing a pendant. It's assisted living and Alzheimer's care. The personnel was fine and the facility seemed fine. It was not pristine at the moment that we toured, but it was acceptable and it looked like we would be happy there, especially with the potential to participate in the Bible study and the music things. That's good for me.

We saw it, and it was wonderful. I think it was fabulous. I loved it, and I think it was the best place we saw. The rooms were very clean and very modern, they didn't look very old at all, and they're all very nice. It has plenty of room -- all a person could need. When we were there, a few people were in the dining room, and there were a few out in the living room watching TV. There were things going on. The person who gave the tour was wonderful and answered all of our questions. Her name was Dinae, and she was fabulous. The staff was so friendly, too. Everyone spoke to us as we walked by, and it's very nice. The facility was very nice and clean; I was impressed with that.

I toured this community during the Covid-19 situation. I was able to have a wonderful virtual tour experience with the sales director and many of the staff. They really felt like a family and I felt like my mom would love to leave there. The Director and sales mangager kept in contact with me daily to check on my mom. They made the move in process easy for me and my family. We were excited to become a part of this community. My mom passed away before she could move in but I was so impressed with this community that i would recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe and loving place for family.

It is a good place for my uncle to be; it really is. They have a Bingo room, a living room, and a room where they all get together. It really is a nice place. The room he is staying in is nice. He says the food is good, he loves the food. We really like the people who are there, and I think they do a good job.

My aunt had been here before and she said it was wonderful. I thought their facility was okay, but it was not what she needed. It was for people who were more active, and she was not as active as she needed to be. I would recommend the facility to someone who was more active, could go around, and didn't have dementia. They had activities, and they do things. The staff was wonderful. They were nice, courteous, and caring. However, if you had someone who was not communicative, they were not as good as they needed to be. It was not a bad thing. It's just that she was a handful.

My parents have been here for a little over a month now. So far, we're happy with it. They're also happy there, so I think it's working out fine. The working staff is very good and very personable. They would take care any issues we have. We've eaten there a couple of times with my parents and the food is just fine. There had been a couple of incidences where they failed to provide the meal because they run out of food, but that was just a mess-up. Other than that, the food appears to be good. Regarding activities, my mother-in-law takes advantage of their indoor activities. She's pretty legally blind but she does some exercise programs and some of their daily activities that she could participate in.

A relative of mine is in here right now. The facilities there are extremely clean. We have come across this place through research and recommendations from others. We also visited this place before we have her there. My relative is just happy as she can be in the condition she is in right now. She is extremely disabled but they are very caring to her. So far, I like that the communications are open with them. We also like that my relative is able to have her choice of what activities she wants to participate in. Regarding food, I have tried eating there and it is outstanding.

I am very pleased with the care they are giving to my Mom. The caregivers are very caring. They have a 100 days policy, in which the facility places a caregiver with the residents (one on one) for the first 100 days or until the resident feels secure and comfortable being there. She is constantly being reassured and made to feel safe. The facility is very open and inviting to the families of the residents. We are often invited to special events taking place there. Activity and meal schedules are sent to the families monthly.
