I would like to commend the staff of this facility, and I mean every person that my spouse and I had contact with! The care was exemplary, there were several health problems to contend with and each one was addressed with compassion, gentleness, thoroughness and respect. These kindnesses and considerations were extended to myself as well. Also it should be noted that the care of the patient extends to keeping them clean, hair combed and so forth. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of compassionate care, be it for physical therapy, speech therapy, or caring for a seriously ill patient. While I hope that your loved one will enjoy strong health, if you ever need caregivers or a facility with the highest standards of care, I highly recommend Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing.

Mom is getting excellent care at Gallatin Health Care and Rehab. The staff is friendly, attentive and response quickly when you ask for something or if you need help. The ratio of the residents and the staff seems to be adequate. The facility is very clean. They deliver the meals to the patients' rooms three times a day. They have snacks and other supplements in the refrigerator right outside the hallway. The food is nutritious, attractive looking and it is excellent. My mother never complains about it. I would highly recommend them to others.

As a minister, I have visited folks in this home many times and am impressed by the care and love people receive from the staff.

I saw good things and bad while visiting this facility. The facility was out dated. The care was excellent. I at one point saw a patient crying because her son had passed away (he had passed quite sometime ago and she had forgotten). One of the nurses and tech stayed with her until she could calm down. I like the care at this facility but the building itself needs to be updated.
